2012 Baseball Application Form

2012 Softball Registration Form

There are four more registration dates for Cardinal Little League Baseball and Cardinal Softball.  The registration dates are: 

Sunday, March 11^th 
Sunday, March 25^th 
Sunday, April 15^th
Sunday, April 22^nd 

All registrations will begin at 6:00pm and go to 8:00pm at Lewis and Clark Elementary School (801 2^nd Ave).   

Applications will be provided at each registration as well as provided through the following areas: on www.ssccardinals.org, www.southsiouxcity.org, at City Hall, and the Parks Department.

Cutoff Deadlines:
Cardinal Little League Baseball ages 9 thru 14 will not be accepting applications after March 30^th, 2012.
Cardinal Softball 10U thru 18U
Cardinal Softball 10U thru 18U will not be accepting applications after April 15^th, 2012.
Boys and Girls T-Ball and Coach Pitch
Boys and Girls T-Ball and Coach Pitch will not be accepting applications after  April 29^th , 2012.
