South Sioux City High School West Parking Lot:
- Classic Show & Shine (no car parade this year) - 5:00 p.m.
- Beard judging contest - 5:30 p.m.
- Optimist Biking for School Supplies - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Classic 50's Rock n Roll by the "Velaires" - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- The evening will finish with a family oriented Drive in Movie (Pixar Film's Cars).
Saturday, August 4th
Mighty Mo Run - Saturday, August 4th at 8 a.m. at Crystal Cove. It will be a 5K course. Register at www.u2canrun.org.
- There is a $25 registration fee through 7/22/12
- $30 fee from 7/23/12 - 8/2/12
- $35 fee at packet pickup 8/3/12 and race morning

Q125-Cardinal Festival Parade at 10 a.m. starting at Klasey Park going south to 28th street.

The South Sioux City Optimist Club will have a Kid's Bike Decorating Contest. If you would like to participate, please show up at 9:00 A.M. the day of the parade with your bikes decorated. You will ride in the parade behind their float. They will be picking a boy and girl winner, who will be given a small prize.
Old fashion kids games from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Riverview & E St.
Live music from 12 noon to 11:30 p.m. with music for all ages - Riverview & E St.
Quilt Show Friday & Saturday during library hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. They will be on display in the Cafe.
Fireworks at Dusk.
Beer Garden on Saturday.
*We will have food and merchandise vendors both days - 11:00 a.m. to Midnight
*You will need to bring your own lawn chair and umbrella.
