NPPD Grid Essential Project
The South Sioux City 115,000-volt Transmission System Expansion Project involves the design and construction of two (2), 115,000-volt transmission lines from the existing Twin Church substation (located four miles west of Dakota City) to a new substation, to be constructed approximately one mile northeast of Dakota City.
