South Sioux City

South Sioux City Baseball and Softball will be holding registration events at City Hall on the following dates:

Sunday Feb. 7  6:30 - 7:30PM

Sunday Feb. 28  6:30 - 7:30PM

Sunday Mar. 14  6:30 - 7:30PM

We will have have forms available there for you to fill out if you need them. I have also attached them to this email if you would like to print them and have them ready to go. There are 3 forms you will need to fill out. Player Registration, Medical Form, and a Covid Agreement Form. If you have them filled out before you get there you can bring them to the drive thru window to drop them off and make payment. If you need to come inside to fill them out please limit the amount of people you bring inside and everyone will need to wear a mask. Checks can be made out to Cardinal Little League.
