Medicare Open Enrollment Options Meeting @ SSC Library

The South Sioux City Public Library, 2121 Dakota Avenue, South Sioux City Nebraska, will host an informational meeting about prescription drug options for Medicare recipients on Monday November 17^th, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the library.

Medicare's Open Enrollment Period for prescription drug plans begins on November 15^th, 2008.  From November 15^th through December 31^st seniors will be able to change prescription drug plans without penalty, as well as enroll in a prescription drug plan if they had not done so earlier. 

Don Beach, an expert in special services for seniors, will explain to seniors and their families the many options available to them during this open enrollment window.  Mr. Beach has spent his lifetime working with seniors to meet their healthcare needs.  He will lend his vast experience to answering Medicare related questions.
