Bill Zahren will speak at the library on Friday, October 13th at 3:00 p.m.  Bill Zahren is author of the Kingman & Reed series of crime novels that includes Officer Involved (October 2015), Paper Trail (September 2016), and Avenging Angel (June 2017). 

Bill Zahren is a fifth-generation Iowa born in Lake Park. He graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and worked for the Le Mars (Iowa) Daily Sentinel, Sioux City (Iowa) Journal and Gateway, Inc., before moving to West Des Moines where he now lives with his wife, Rhonda ad dog, Molly. Bill and Rhonda have two daughters, Haley and Jena. Bill works as a full-time freelance marketing writer when not drafting the latest adventures of Tom Kingman and Hillary Reed.
