Event Description:

On Saturday April 20th at 2:00 p.m.   Black Hawk County Auditor, Grant Veeder, will speak on  "Lincoln and the Constitution".  Veeder will bring his legal expertise to the topic of the impact of   Lincoln's          presidency on the Constitution of the United States.
